If you are currently running iPhone OS 2.0, there are quite a few enhancements in the operating system that you are missing out on (especially regarding installing applications), and it is a free upgrade.

Version 2.1 of the iPhone OS fixed a major problem with applications crashing immediately upon launch. If you are running an older version of the OS, you can try resetting your iPhone or iPod touch:
If no other App Store applications are dying on your device or if THETA Poker is dying sometime during game play or while moving around its menus, it's probably a real bug in THETA Poker. Answer: [Note: this problem should no longer occur as of THETA Poker 1.1, as a workaround has been implemented.] There is a bug in Apple's code that causes the end of the touch event to be ignored (the same problem could be seen in Vexed and Aurora Feint). Sometimes the OS reports that the touch has been cancelled, and you'll have to repeat your action (you'll see the "Your Action" message again). The rest of the time the OS does nothing, and you can just tap anywhere to complete your action.
Answer: There is currently a bug in Apple's code that prevents THETA Poker from switching from Portrait to Landscape mode cleanly while on the Options screens, so that feature has been disabled for now. To fix your screen, just tip your device to Portrait and back to Landscape when you are on the main playing screen.
